Our ethical values and working principles
- One Dose Health reports its assets, management and commercial position honestly.
- It does not compromise honesty in any service it provides.
- It protects the confidentiality of patient information.
- It ensures that all staff know and apply patient-safety principles.
- It bills all services accurately and does not allow financial matters or payment arrangements to harm the care a patient receives.
- It encourages transparency in reporting company objectives.
- It follows a policy in which clinical and other staff can raise any error, including medical errors, and any ethical concern without fear of punishment.
- It produces timely and effective solutions to ethical disputes and follows through on those solutions.
- It does not allow discrimination. In disputes between patients and providers (physicians, nurses and other staff), it supports an ethical resolution and decision process.
- It does not allow inequality in access to care or in clinical practice.
- It supports training and resources that strengthen ethical understanding and compliance.
- It recognizes the personal dignity and professional standing of its employees and does not discriminate by religion, race, language or gender.
- It treats harassment, mobbing and intimidation as ethical violations, takes an active role in preventing them, and applies the applicable law in full.
- It does not use misleading advertising or commercial steering that would undermine patient trust.
