Sompo Sigorta poliçeniz kapsamında tanımlanan seçtiğiniz plan dahilindeki haklarınız ile Online Doktor randevusu veya 7/24 Tıbbi Danışmanlık (Chat) hizmeti alabilirsiniz. Randevu almak için aşağıdaki adımları takip ederek ilerleyebilir ya da aşağıdaki rehber videolarımızdan adımları takip edebilirsiniz.

Online Uzman Doktor Görüşmesi Randevusu almak için,

1. sompo.onedose.io adresinden uygulamaya erişin.
2. ‘Giriş Yap’ butonundan giriş yapın. Hesabınız yok ise ‘Kayıt Ol’ butonunda kayıt olunuz.
3. “Branş Hekimi Hizmetleri” alanından ‘Görüntülü Randevu Alın‘ sekmesine tıklayın.
4. Randevu alacağınız kişi seçimini yaparak ‘Randevu ara‘ butonuna tıklayın.
5. Branş seçimi yapılır.
6. Uzman seçimi yapılarak, ‘Randevu Ara‘ butonu tıklanır.
7. Randevu tarihin ve saati seçilerek, ‘Randevu Oluştur‘ butonu tıklayın.
8. Randevu özetinizi görüntüledikten sonra ‘Onayla‘ butonuna basarak randevunuzu onaylayın.
9. ‘Randevularım‘ sekmesinden kontrolü sağlayın.
10. Randevu tarihi ve saatinizde ‘Randevularım‘ sekmesinden randevunuzu bularak, online görüşmenizi gerçekleştirin.

With One Dose Online Doctor Services through the Türkiye Sigorta Mobile application, you can make a video examination appointment with specialist doctors from anywhere without going to the hospital, and you can get 24/7 medical consultancy services from general practitioners.

How Can You Get Your Online Expert Appointment Within the Scope of Türkiye Sigorta?

Within the scope of your rights defined under your Turkey Insurance policy, you can make an Online Doctor Consultation appointment or a 24/7 Medical Consultancy appointment. To make an appointment, you can follow the steps below or follow the steps from our guide videos. To make an Online Specialist Doctor Interview Appointment ,

1. Enter the ‘Health’ tab on the Türkiye Sigorta Mobile application.
2. Once you have selected your policy, click on the ‘Online Doctor’s Appointment‘ button.
3. Click on the ‘Make a Video Appointment‘ tab from the ‘Branch Physician Services‘ area.
4. Select the person you will make an appointment with and click the ‘Search for an appointment‘ button.
5. Choose your branch and doctor.
6. Set the date and time of the appointment.
7. Select your policy and click on the ‘Continue‘ tab.
8. Finally, confirm your appointment by clicking the ‘Confirm‘ button.
9. Check it out in the ‘My Appointments‘ tab.
10. Find your appointment from the ‘My Appointments‘ tab on your appointment date and time and make your online interview.

For Your 24/7 Medical Consultancy Meetings,

1. Enter the ‘Health’ tab on the Türkiye Sigorta Mobile application.
2. Once you have selected your policy, click on the ‘Online Doctor’s Appointment‘ button.
3. You can make a future appointment by clicking on the ‘Make an Appointment‘ tab from the “24/7 Medical Consultancy” area and following the appointment steps.
   Depending on your preference, you can get medical advice by messaging or phone call by clicking on the ‘Text‘ and ‘Call Us‘ tabs.
   By clicking on the ‘Let’s Call You‘ tab, you can optionally submit your call request by submitting your request in advance.
